About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own an AI agent for credit unions end to end, from discovery and first implementations through the roadmap
- Conduct discovery with credit union members, executives, and internal buyers
- Rapidly prototype and live-trial agents and use cases
- Own and sequence the agent roadmap around clear business outcomes
- Join customer conversations and conduct on-site visits
- Ramp on the agent portfolio and priority credit unions
- Ship reusable integrations with core systems, loan origination systems, and CRMs
- Drive net-new product go-lives and unblock implementation decisions
- Collaborate with other AI product managers to determine launch sequencing across credit unions
- Launch the agent with multiple credit unions and demonstrate performance data
- Expand the agent’s accountable business outcomes
- Document repeatable integration patterns and hand scaled rollout to AI Operations while retaining the product roadmap
- Participate in partner executive conversations with commercial counterparts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong product judgment, taste, and customer intuition
- Direct B2B product experience managing enterprise customers, negotiating scope, and completing implementations
- Built something with AI and able to demo it
- Ability to lead customer meetings with credit union leadership and sell a direction before the product exists
- Willingness to travel roughly 20% on average, with periods of 50% during critical windows
- Persuasive and comfortable pushing without authority
- Excellent written and live communication
- 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech
- Financial services or fintech background is a nice to have
- Experience in or alongside a forward-deployed engineering or product function is a nice to have
- Hands-on integration experience with core banking, loan origination systems, or CRM systems is a nice to have
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Product Management experience in a highly regulated industry
- Experience building an AI agent for a business use case
