About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help achieve ongoing guest satisfaction through the upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
Understand all standards of room cleanliness
Clean all public areas in and around the Hotel
Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms
Sweep and vacuum floors
Report any maintenance issues to the immediate supervisor
Spot clean walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
Replenish storeroom supplies when necessary
Keep storerooms neat and orderly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 50 lbs.
