About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help achieve ongoing guest satisfaction through the upkeep and cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms
  • Understand all standards of room cleanliness
  • Clean all public areas in and around the hotel
  • Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms
  • Sweep and vacuum floors
  • Report maintenance issues to the immediate supervisor
  • Spot clean walls, carpets, light fixtures, and similar areas
  • Replenish storeroom supplies when necessary
  • Keep storerooms neat and orderly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Background checks are required
