Key responsibilities & impact

Assume responsibility for business-critical projects following a focused onboarding phase
Advise renowned market leaders and global players at C-level and architecture level
Develop high-end software and implement scalable architectures
Communicate technical visions and complex concepts to customers
Work independently with a focus on technical outcomes and sustainable business value
Exchange technical expertise with Senior Engineers and peers
Work according to open-source-first principles and continuously expand your expertise
Provide occasional on-site support to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of proven professional experience developing with Rust
Expert-level knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem
Experience providing professional consulting services to customers
Ability to structure complex topics and present them confidently to groups
Willingness to provide Go code or project references
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills for team and customer interactions
Moderate willingness to travel, approximately once per quarter
Willingness to work full time
Experience with or interest in Go and Rust, as well as relevant technologies such as TypeScript, Python, C++/.NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MQTT, React, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab CI, AWS, and Azure
