Key responsibilities & impact

Solve complex problems at the intersection of high-performance software engineering and strategic IT consulting
Support renowned market leaders and global players in developing high-end software
Advise clients at C-level and architecture level
Move directly into client projects following a fast onboarding process
Take on consulting responsibilities and actively develop code from the first client contact through project completion
Help clients balance future-oriented technologies with economic sustainability
Use modern technologies and scalable architectures while applying best practices
Independently develop optimal solutions
Communicate openly with clients, teams, and colleagues, exchanging ideas and technology trends
Contribute to an internal open-source community
Support clients on-site when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of proven professional experience developing with Rust
Expert-level knowledge of memory management and concurrency
Experience providing professional consulting services to clients
Ability to structure complex topics and present them to groups
Strong technical expertise and confident communication skills
Willingness to demonstrate Rust code or provide project references
Fluent German and English communication skills in professional discussions
Willingness to travel regularly, on average once per quarter
Full-time employment only
