About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and adapt social-first assets, feed posts, carousels, Stories, LinkedIn creatives, and digital campaign elements
  • Translate campaigns into platform-specific social assets based on key visuals and messaging
  • Develop format and series components as well as recognizable modular elements
  • Research trends and formats, with concise summaries for client applications
  • Prepare proactive recommendations for formats, content approaches, and creative tests
  • Work closely with account management, copy, creative, the photo studio, and performance marketing from briefing through delivery
  • Ensure quality, check mobile readability, verify formats and safe areas, manage variants, and complete final delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training or degree in design, communications, media design, or a comparable field, or a compelling portfolio
  • Initial experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team; internships and working-student roles count, ideally involving digital content and social assets
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, visual language, and brand consistency, including under tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of social platforms—Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn—as well as formats, trends, hook mechanics, readability, and safe areas
  • Proficient in commonly used tools such as Figma and/or Adobe applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Structured and reliable approach to work, including versioning, clean handovers, and quality checks before delivery
  • Willingness to translate trends into on-brand ideas and assets
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to explain ideas concisely and implement feedback quickly
  • Experience using AI tools and an interest in applying them to support creative workflows
  • Very good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage
