About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare legal opinions and tax burden analyses, including simulations and strategic assessments
- Advise clients on the transition to and compliance with the Tax Reform (Complementary Law No. 214/2025), simulating its impacts and guiding structural decisions
- Monitor changes in legislation and case law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
- At least 3 years of experience in tax law, with a focus on advisory work
- Knowledge of indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS)
- Experience at a medium-sized or large law firm or Big Four firm
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with clarity and objectivity
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Ability to build professional relationships and contribute to an integrated work environment
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax calculations (preferred)
- Practical experience with the Tax Reform (preferred)
