About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons effectively, ensuring activities start and end on time
Follow the schedules established for each class, adhering to the methodology and profile of each student group
Assign and grade homework, written assessments, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback
Enter grades for assignments, assessments, and other activities into the school management system
Submit report cards, reports, and other relevant documents by the established deadlines
Record class journals in the management system
Encourage the use of educational tools provided by the school as a supplement to classroom instruction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Easily accessible to the CNA Vila Mariana campus
Previous experience teaching at language schools or educational institutions
Experience teaching students of different age groups and proficiency levels
Proficiency in all four language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing (minimum B2 level)
Ability to use teaching methodologies and adapt them to the class profile
Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools for online and in-person teaching
Availability to participate in training sessions and educational events offered by the school
English proficiency certifications such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge qualifications (preferred)
