About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction within the district
Maintain accountability for sales, profitability, and debt management for the district
Execute marketing strategies aligned with regional and/or Company strategies
Monitor store performance progress against established goals
Interact with the Regional Operations Manager on store performance, sales, marketing, operations, and staffing
Lead implementation of new products and services
Perform monthly store visits and audits, including complete reviews of each location to ensure operational, legal, and compliance processes are followed
Oversee and facilitate compliance training, monitoring, and remediation
Engage with corporate business partners
Execute people leader duties, including timecard approvals, performance management, required training completion, team metrics, and associate career growth objectives
Supervise assigned teams and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Prior management of business operations in a multi-unit environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication, problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district and to other districts within the region
Up to 50% travel with overnights expected
