About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the analysis and structuring of innovation programs and new initiatives, including benchmarking, information gathering, and opportunity analysis.
- Support the management of the initiative portfolio by tracking deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
- Contribute to the development of governance models, work plans, schedules, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate interfaces with internal departments and external partners involved in the initiatives.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of innovation programs and relationship-building initiatives with companies, startups, and other organizations.
- Conduct research and analyze national and international innovation benchmarks and references.
- Prepare reports, executive presentations, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Support the collection and analysis of data related to program and project indicators, outcomes, and impacts.
- Contribute to documenting and systematizing lessons learned, as well as continuously improving initiative management processes.
- Support the structuring of initiatives to engage stakeholders in new innovation programs and events, including support for action strategies and analysis of the impact and outcomes of initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
- Professional experience with programs, projects, or initiatives in innovation environments.
- Experience planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and events.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences and institutions.
- Fluency in English, including participation in meetings and interaction with international partners.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with science and technology institutions (ICTs), universities, research centers, technology parks, hubs, or other innovation environments (preferred).
- Experience structuring or operating innovation programs (preferred).
- Experience with collaborative R&D and innovation projects and interaction between ICTs and companies (preferred).
- Knowledge of the Brazilian science, technology, and innovation ecosystem and funding mechanisms (preferred).
- Experience with indicators and outcome or impact assessment (preferred).
- Familiarity with incubation programs, technology acceleration, and entrepreneurship (preferred).
- Familiarity with intellectual property, technology transfer, and partnership instruments for innovation (preferred).
