About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and implementation of production-grade autonomous agent solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein 1 Platform, Data Cloud, and custom API actions
- Architect real-time data pipelines and zero-copy integrations connecting data lakes to CRM environments for AI context engines
- Establish testing, evaluation, and observability frameworks for agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, prompt security, and business performance
- Direct internal and client-side technical teams during implementations
- Produce sequence diagrams, agent action flows, data schemas, and security/governance frameworks
- Serve as the primary technical advisor across pre-sales, architecture, and deployment
- Scope, estimate, and technically validate high-value AI solutions and $2M+ strategic engagements
- Lead discovery sessions and live agent demonstrations for C-suite and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging LLMs, prompt engineering patterns, and agentic capabilities
- Build reusable templates, solution accelerators, and technical documentation
- Analyze generative AI, agentic workflow, and competitive landscape trends
- Mature the AI Center of Excellence by defining best practices, deployment patterns, and repeatable frameworks
- Author white papers, technical blog posts, and research materials
- Drive AI product strategy, business growth, go-to-market messaging, and marketplace thought leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical consulting experience
- Proven experience in solution architecture or technical consulting for cloud data platforms and multi-stream enterprise implementations
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or advanced Data Cloud architectures
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
- Expertise in Data Cloud, zero-copy architecture, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Snowflake, and Databricks
- Demonstrated experience building agent guardrails, prompt defenses, audit logging, and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex AI paradigms, LLM mechanics, and agentic workflows into business outcomes for C-level executives
- Proven track record of shifting clients to optimal technical solutions, leading strategy workshops, and delivering digital roadmaps in complex environments
- Full-time permanent US work authorization
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for high-impact client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfortable with waterfall, scrumfall, agile, and kanban development processes
- Preferred: Anthropic Claude certifications
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect
- Preferred: Snowflake, Databricks, MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or TOGAF certifications
