Build product displays and provide an excellent in-bakery customer experience
Spend part of the role learning scratch baking and filling shelves with handcrafted products
Get to know regular customers and sell quality products
Learn scratch baking techniques, including spinning and shaping dough and baking products
Learn customer experience, sales, and merchandising techniques through hands-on and online training
Work with the team to keep the bakery organized and clean
Contribute to a great customer experience in a supportive teamwork environment
Donate leftovers to charities supporting community needs

Requirements

Relevant retail or kitchen experience desirable but not required
Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping

Occasional pushing, pulling, and forward bending
