About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build attractive product displays
- Provide an excellent in-bakery customer experience
- Sell quality bakery products
- Learn and perform scratch baking techniques, including spinning and shaping dough and baking products
- Participate in hands-on and online customer experience, sales, and merchandising training
- Work with the team to keep the bakery organized and clean
- Contribute to a great customer experience
- Work in a supportive team environment
- Donate leftovers to charities supporting community needs
