About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with stakeholder workshops and meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, recording decisions and following up on actions
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process maps, meeting notes and functional requirements, with guidance from experienced team members
Support communication between technical and non-technical teams
Help clarify requirements and track follow-up actions
Assist with user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, recording feedback and tracking issues
Help maintain project updates and reports covering progress, outstanding actions and potential issues
Work alongside Business Analysts, Product and Software Engineering teams to support delivery and ongoing improvement of products in an Agile environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in business analysis, IT or a related role
Interest in digital transformation projects
Curious mindset, good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute positively to a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of Agile principles and willingness to learn their application in software delivery
Prior experience using JIRA or Confluence would be helpful
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Visa sponsorship will not be offered for this role or after commencement
Must work minimum weekly office days at Fortitude Valley Headquarters
