About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Go onsite and meet with end users to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest pain points
Identify relevant features through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate features in a stable and extensible way
Embed with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate field observations into Code Metal product offerings
Work with customers to build bespoke workflows for new user groups
Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is used widely enough to create concrete operational impact
Become customers' trusted teammate, drive adoption, and keep customers happy
Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
Scope potential engagements with new customer groups, advocates, growth opportunities, and potential fallout funds

Requirements

What you’ll need

Former operators who are deeply respected by their communities
Deep understanding of Code Metal's government customers, born of having walked a mile in their shoes
Strong relationships across relevant organizations within the US Government
Experience in Dept. of War component command, or joint logistics / operations roles
Experience in defense policy, acquisition, or program management within DoW or other government agencies
Experience delivering growth outcomes for defense products, specifically in early-stage or dual-use technology environments
Active U.S. security clearance
Up to 50% travel
US Citizenship may be required for certain project assignments involving security clearance
