Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Advanced RF group leadership team in executing programs
Contribute to the technical aspects of winning new business
Represent the Advanced RF group in customer meetings
Lead technology development on Advanced RF Group programs as team lead
Individually contribute to technology development on programs and pursuits
Write proposals to win new business
Communicate technical information to potential customers in person or in writing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s/Phd degrees a plus)
Expert in one or more Advanced RF focus areas: Communication, Spectrum Awareness, Electronic Warfare, or Radar Technology
Knowledgeable on Digital Signal Processing and Machine Learning fundamentals
Able to leverage existing AI Coding Large Language Model tools in everyday workflow
Proficient in using Python to prototype algorithms
Knowledge of C++, C, Matlab, or VHDL is a plus
Exceptional relationship building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
U.S. Citizen required
Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
Ability to travel up to 20%
