About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and customization of business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Build business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Create custom connectors and integrations across Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms
  • Design and customize business solutions in SharePoint Online and integrate them with Power Platform tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate business needs into secure, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 technology advancements and expand technical skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing business applications using Power Platform
  • Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for intelligent, AI-assisted workflows or chatbots
  • Knowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server, including data modeling and queries
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams integration (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 applications (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations (nice to have)
  • Experience sharing knowledge and training team members (nice to have)
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or IT Support professional, with interest in transitioning to low-code development (nice to have)
