About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own complex design problems and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Work directly with clients to understand their ideas, challenges, and product needs
- Turn client needs into thoughtful, user-friendly experiences
- Design products across a variety of industries and product types
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other team members to bring designs to life
- Create experiences that are useful for users and valuable for the business
- Provide guidance when needed
- Contribute to ad-hoc design initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid UX thinking, visual design skills, and understanding of accessibility
- Strong experience designing web applications and responsive user interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design practices
- Strong understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems
- Ability to turn business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and usability
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
- Experience with graphic design is a nice-to-have
