About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on web and mobile products for diverse clients and industries
Pair program with other developers to build applications using Python/NodeJS and ReactJS
Design and implement back-end APIs using Python/NodeJS
Work with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs
Cooperate with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs in production
Apply technologies and best practices including NestJS and Redux
Learn new languages and frameworks to remain current in a changing technical environment
Build scalable and high-performance web solutions across a range of projects and industries

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in backend development using Python/NodeJS
3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks such as Vue, Svelte, or Angular
Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable web architecture
Experience deploying to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications
Strong working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
Familiarity with Extreme Programming practices including TDD, CI, and code refactoring
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience leading project teams through the full software development life cycle
Experience supporting team tasks such as mentoring, creating proposals, and designing project architecture
Nice to have: experience designing and building AI architecture for production-grade applications
Nice to have: experience with serverless architecture such as AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions
Nice to have: experience with security, performance, and scalability
Nice to have: experience with NoSQL and message queues
