About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, regression testing, and deployment validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues, including post-deployment stabilization.
  • Follow Git-based source control, CI/CD practices, release management processes, and coding standards.
  • Create and maintain solution designs, data models, integration specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Communicate technical options, manage expectations, and collaborate with business and third-party stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4/5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model.
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud, nCino, MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms, banking or financial services, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks are nice to have.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification is nice to have.
