About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web applications using C#, .NET 8+, and Blazor

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Product Owners
  • Research emerging tools and document foundational engineering patterns
  • Elevate team-wide code quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of dedicated software engineering experience building enterprise applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Deep proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, Blazor, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, component-based UI design, unit testing patterns, and automated CI/CD workflows
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools, including Copilot and Cursor
  • Proven technical leadership in client-facing, nearshore Scrum environments
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, mandatory for collaboration with U.S.-based client teams and stakeholders
