Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through constructive code reviews
Author comprehensive technical documentation
Collaborate directly with U.S.-based client stakeholders and engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of dedicated professional backend engineering experience
Proven track record of architecting scalable distributed backends in high-velocity startup or nearshore software environments
Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework
Experience with modern microservices or 3-tier architecture paradigms
Deep hands-on experience managing SQL databases, including advanced schema design, indexing strategies, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning
Strong working knowledge of Git, automated CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform deployment patterns using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities
Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate complex codebases independently
Advanced English fluency, written and spoken, is mandatory
