Own the technical health, rendering performance, and architectural evolution of complex responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and ES6+
Build and maintain modular component libraries and design system integrations
Design clean integration layers and state management solutions for RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, bundle sizes, and rendering efficiency
Enforce quality through unit and integration testing
Establish build configurations and maintain frontend CI/CD deployment pipelines across cloud environments
Conduct deep code reviews and proactively manage technical debt
Author clear technical documentation
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of dedicated professional frontend engineering experience focused on architecting and scaling production React applications
Advanced expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, and component-driven architecture
Deep fluency in modern CSS architectures, including Tailwind CSS and Styled Components
Experience with Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library/RTL, and Cypress
Strong knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, AWS S3/CloudFront, and Vercel
Proven experience in high-velocity, client-facing startup or nearshore software development environments
Strong ownership and troubleshooting capabilities
Advanced written and spoken English skills are mandatory
Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Experience with Figma handoffs
Experience with Azure App Services
