About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy focused on subscription models, monetization, and diversification
- Turn data into insights and shipped product decisions
- Analyze competitors from unconventional perspectives and challenge existing market assumptions
- Mentor junior Product Managers and help close knowledge gaps
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams on high-impact initiatives end-to-end
- Set a high standard for product craft and decision-making
- Work closely with the Head of Product on strategic decisions and team development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–5+ years of experience in product management
- Strong data-related analytical skills
- Experience in the app or gaming sector
- Deep experience with subscription models and monetization
- Comfortable working with numbers and analytics
- English proficiency sufficient to conduct the interview in English
- Comfortable working from the Barcelona office four days per week
- Nice-to-have: creative talents, hobbies, or side projects
- Nice-to-have: experience as a founder or founding Product Manager
- Nice-to-have: experience building AI-powered consumer products
- Nice-to-have: experience launching a new product from zero to one
- Nice-to-have: personal projects involving AI models, creative tools, or emerging technologies
