About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and actively contribute to high data quality
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales-related materials
- Coordinate customer meetings and assist with the preparation and follow-up of sales and consulting discussions
- Create reports, analyses, and overviews
- Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks in the Sales Back Office
- Gain insights into the digitalization of industrial companies and modern sales processes
- Use Salesforce, Office 365, and AI to support and automate tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, digital business, international management, or a comparable degree program
- Work in a structured, careful, and independent manner
- Enjoy organizing tasks and keeping track of details
- Communicate confidently in German and English
- Initial experience in sales, back-office operations, customer service, or project work is a plus, but not required
- Have a genuine interest in industry, software, and innovative technologies
- Working-student status or current enrollment in a degree program required
