About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build real-time monitoring and telemetry dashboards for the platform's observability products
Design and develop React and TypeScript interfaces for network discovery, network assurance and agent fleet management
Turn large, frequently changing network and telemetry data into clear and usable visualizations
Define and consume frontend-backend contracts (OpenAPI) together with backend engineers
Manage client state and server data efficiently using Zustand, TanStack Query and Context API
Write unit tests with Jest and React Testing Library and E2E tests with Playwright running in CI via GitHub Actions
Ensure the product is accessible to all users
Use Claude Code day to day, setting constraints, reviewing output and remaining accountable for correctness, security and tests
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional frontend development experience
Strong experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript
Experience with Vite
Experience with Zustand (or another state management library) and the Context API
Experience with TanStack Query
Experience with TailwindCSS
Good understanding of frontend-backend contracts, ideally defined with OpenAPI
Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
Experience with E2E testing, ideally with Playwright
Experience with npm
CI/CD experience, ideally GitHub Actions
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker and Docker Compose (local and test environments)
Understanding of accessibility, ideally hands-on experience
Hands-on, everyday use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code
Experience building SaaS and infrastructure products
Networking knowledge gained from working on observability or monitoring products
Working hours overlapping with the US East Coast
Good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
Experience with data visualization libraries such as Recharts or D3
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana
Experience with OAuth2 / OIDC (e.g. Auth0)
Experience with RBAC (role-based access control)
