Key responsibilities & impact

Capture, analyze, and structure existing business processes for clients
Identify weaknesses, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
Model processes using BPMN or comparable methods
Translate business requirements into structured requirements and decision-making materials
Provide consulting in IT-related environments
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and development teams
Analyze IT systems, data flows, and technical constraints
Translate business problems and requirements into technology-oriented solution concepts
Support the evaluation of solution options and target architectures
Plan, conduct, and follow up on client workshops, both remotely and on-site
Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders
Document results, decisions, and open issues
Build and develop trusted client relationships
Create presentations, decision-making documents, and white papers
Prepare complex information for management and business departments
Actively use and further develop AI in day-to-day work and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Beratung oder beratungsnahen Rolle
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Prozessaufnahme und -strukturierung
Arbeitserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
Routine in strukturierten Darstellungen, z. B. BPMN
Praktische Nutzung von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag
Neugier und Kundennähe
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, vielschichtige Probleme zu lösen
Fähigkeit, Prozessoptimierungen und Effizienzsteigerungen zu identifizieren
