Key responsibilities & impact

Capture, analyze, and structure existing customer business processes
Identify weaknesses, dependencies, and optimization potential
Model processes using BPMN or comparable methods
Translate business requirements into structured requirements and decision-making materials
Advise customers in IT-related environments
Work closely with project managers, architects, and development teams
Consider IT systems, data flows, and technical constraints
Translate business problems and requirements into technology-oriented solution concepts
Evaluate solution options and target architectures
Plan, conduct, and follow up on customer workshops both remotely and on site
Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Beratung oder beratungsnahen Rolle
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Prozessaufnahme und -strukturierung
Arbeitserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
