Leverage software expertise with clients and internally to help shape Codurance's future
Combine strategic vision with hands-on technical delivery
Guide clients and engineering teams in transforming complex business challenges into sustainable software solutions
Join delivery teams building greenfield products for startups or mission-critical systems for large enterprises
Work as an embedded craftsperson within client development teams
Deliver software while strengthening engineering practices and enabling teams to build, maintain, and evolve software independently and sustainably
Drive software design using Domain-Driven Design and Clean and Hexagonal Architecture principles
Promote Clean Code, SOLID principles, and strong software engineering practices
Define and implement testing strategies, including TDD and BDD
Support automated testing initiatives
Contribute to DevOps, cloud engineering, and software quality assurance activities
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Facilitate technical discussions, lead workshops, present solutions, and support architectural decisions
Mentor engineering teams and improve engineering practices and continuous delivery of high-quality software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive professional experience in software development and architecture, with 12+ years of experience
Previous experience working for technology consulting firms or delivering consulting projects for multiple clients, preferably in the Brazilian market
Proven direct client engagement experience, including requirements gathering, technical discussions, presentations, workshops, expectation management, and decision-making
Hands-on experience with one or more of .NET, C#, Java, or TypeScript
Practical experience developing modern applications with React and/or backend services and APIs using Node.js
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright
Practical knowledge of TDD and/or BDD
Experience working in Agile environments focused on software quality, maintainability, and sustainable software evolution
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to generate, refactor, debug, and test production code, with the ability to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs
Experience developing with Angular or Kotlin is nice to have
Knowledge of DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Code, and SOLID principles is nice to have
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Software Quality Assurance is nice to have
Fluent or advanced English communication skills is nice to have
Previous experience as a technical lead, engineering leader, or mentor is nice to have
Based in São Paulo or nearby cities within a reasonable commuting distance to the city and client offices
Availability to work from client offices 3 days per week
Comfort working in a consulting environment, with frequent interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams
