About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the vision for the product, defining its strategic direction and purpose
Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Design, QA, and Customer Success teams to build products that fulfill market needs
Create and prioritize the product backlog, aligned with business goals and customer needs
Own the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond
Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions, identify improvements, and measure success
Ensure alignment with the company vision and long-term strategy
Provide leadership and line management by setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, supporting career development, and fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile teams
Proven experience in line management
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, software architectures, API design, market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry, supply chain, or B2B software solutions
