About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in business and functional analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in functional design and business process design
  • Experience working with QA teams, supporting test planning and execution
  • Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment, across multiple teams and release trains
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD)
  • Must already be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship is offered
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Preferred: Experience in federal government programs or regulated environments; CMS experience preferred
  • Preferred: Experience in a client-facing position is highly desired
