Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, model, populate, and update reports and dashboards in Power BI
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, functional, and aligned with departmental indicators, focusing on ENADE, Avaliar, and Census results
Calculate, consolidate, and monitor internal and external quality indicators
Extract, process, cross-reference, and validate data from corporate and external sources
Safeguard the quality, integrity, and reliability of information
Structure analyses and monitoring views for processes, units, and learning centers
Provide analytical support for regulatory and operational demands
Develop and maintain indicator dashboards in Power BI
Automate routines and monitor institutional and regulatory metrics
Support decision-making on topics related to ENADE, the Higher Education Census, and Institutional Assessment
Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of databases, especially SQL
Programming knowledge, preferably Python
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for building analyses and dashboards
Intermediate English is a plus
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Organization and autonomy to manage activities
Results-oriented mindset
Ability to solve problems and propose improvements
Curiosity and a desire to transform data into high-impact solutions
