About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform end-to-end US accounting activities
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Handle General Ledger accounting
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss statements
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities
- Work closely with US clients to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and support audits when required
- Identify process improvements
- Support team mentoring when needed
- Work from the office during the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
- Work Monday to Friday
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–9 years of experience in US Accounting / US F&A
- Strong process knowledge in US Accounting
- Good team handling skills
- Experience managing a team of 10–12 processors
- Experience working for US clients
- Willingness to work night shift
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger
- Strong knowledge of P&L statements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Prior experience working directly with US clients is highly desirable
