About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support tax planning and compliance engagements for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Assist with tax return preparation, tax research, and client service activities
- Gain hands-on experience with sophisticated tax matters and personalized advisory services
- Connect with peers, mentors, and engagement teams through client work, firm events, and internship experiences
- Participate in firm-wide business development, recruitment, DEI initiatives, and community service
- Receive ongoing feedback to sharpen technical skills and develop professionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Accounting major
- Successfully completed introductory accounting course(s)
- Successfully completed at least one intermediate accounting course before the internship program start date
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
- Preferred pursuit of required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam
- Spring internship: full-time availability of 40+ hours/week may be required during busy season, including Saturdays, or part-time availability of at least 20–25 hours/week
- Summer internship: full-time availability of 32–40 hours/week
- Internship availability from early January to late March 2028 or early June to late July 2028
