About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive supply chain maturity, process standardization, and digital tool adoption across global manufacturing and regional networks
Act as a bridge between regional sales, product managers, demand planners, IT, and global leadership
Design “to-be” workflows, monitor compliance, and support S&OP excellence
Drive advanced planning system architecture solutions aligned with future business processes
Own and document end-to-end demand management processes, including forecasting, demand reviews, S&OP activities, and master data governance
Map “as-is” demand management processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Help lead global deployment of demand management technologies such as Oracle Cloud
Develop training materials and drive user adoption across sites
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance forecast quality and planning effectiveness
Help define, monitor, and report global KPIs including forecast accuracy, S&OP timeliness, and planning cycle time
Participate in and lead projects implementing Oracle Cloud SCP across the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of total experience
Minimum of 3–4 years specializing in demand management process analysis within a high-tech manufacturing environment involving discrete and/or process manufacturing
Hands-on experience in Oracle Demand Management Cloud, including driving system architecture for an implementation
Proficiency in process mapping tools
Advanced data analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
Exceptional stakeholder management
Cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization
