Requirements

What you’ll need

6-8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity at a top-tier firm
Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
BA/BS degree with deep intellectual curiosity for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
