About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and monthly variance analysis
Manage financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, including revenue forecasting and OpEx budget tracking
Build and maintain driver-based financial models across Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin revenue and expense lines
Investigate financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Lead month-end close processes and partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity
Present financial analysis in business reviews and translate complex data into recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, HR, Product, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role
Ability to build driver-based revenue and expense models independently
Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
Exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to validate assumptions, gather inputs, and present financial analysis
Ability to independently identify financial trends or risks and escalate insights to leadership
Proven accuracy in financial close processes, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
Must be based in the USA
