Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics are defined and tracked
Drive the operating cadence for programs through kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners
Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate when leadership decisions are needed
Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs for prioritization and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering leader, or similar role driving large technical programs in a high-growth consumer technology company
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through significant ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints, with demonstrated ability to drive programs independently from early framing through launch
Technical fluency in modern distributed systems sufficient to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture, design trade-offs, and sequencing decisions
Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards and data to guide prioritization, with a track record of influencing outcomes without direct authority across Product, Engineering, and business teams
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or other high-throughput fintech products, or with crypto, web3, or DeFi ecosystems
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
