About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own @CoinbasePredict day to day, creating original memes, commentary, and real-time market reactions for @CoinbasePredict and @Coinbase
- Track trends, culture, and competitor activity across X and social platforms
- Turn hot topics into timely content and live contracts
- Partner with product marketing, product, legal, compliance, and creative teams on launches and campaigns
- Build content processes, editorial systems, and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining compliance
- Develop and execute strategies to monitor, advise on, and respond to FUD
- Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy, grow followers, and increase engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing brand or creator social accounts with demonstrated audience growth and viral content wins, especially on X
- Power user of prediction markets, actively following sports, entertainment, politics, and finance categories
- Talented copywriter and meme-maker with a direct, non-corporate style
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Track record of rapidly iterating content strategy based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
- Experience managing a daily content calendar across multiple platforms while responding to real-time news cycles
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
- Must be located in the USA
