About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end development of user-facing compliance agent platform features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies
Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations
Partner with product, design, security, and data teams on compliance and customer-experience solutions
Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services using event-driven architectures, caching, load balancing, and observability tooling across AWS and Kubernetes
Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices
Build AI-first applications and services that streamline compliance processes and help agents resolve customer issues and KYC workflows faster and more accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience building web applications with at least one modern backend language (Golang, Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar)
Experience with distributed systems concepts such as caching, event-driven architectures, or API integrations
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through documentation, design proposals, or code reviews
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
Must be eligible to work in the USA, as indicated by the Remote - USA location and US applicant notices
