About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own frontend experiences for the user's agent end to end across mobile and web
  • Build real-time, streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution
  • Set frontend architecture and technical direction across agentic surfaces
  • Improve frontend standards through design reviews and mentorship
  • Shape agent behavior through prompt engineering, evaluations, and conversation analysis
  • Partner with design, backend engineering, and the registered investment adviser to take features from concept to launch within regulatory guardrails

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale
  • Expert-level mobile experience in React Native and native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and React
  • Demonstrated technical leadership of frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform
  • Experience with state management, API integration patterns, and performance work that measurably improved latency or reliability
  • Experience building with LLMs in production, including agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces
  • Proven track record driving projects from zero to production with minimal oversight, owning product and technical decisions
  • Backend experience; Go preferred
  • Familiarity with crypto, trading, or financial products is a plus
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven coding best practices to improve productivity and code quality
