About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own frontend experiences for the user's agent end to end across mobile and web
Build the conversational interface, trading ideas experience, and app entry points for the agent
Build real-time, streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution
Set frontend architecture and technical direction across agentic surfaces, including streaming state, real-time market data, and conversational UX
Raise engineering standards through design reviews, standards, and mentorship
Shape agent behavior through prompt engineering, evaluations, and conversation analysis
Partner with design, backend engineering, and the registered investment adviser to take features from concept to launch within regulatory guardrails

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale
Expert-level mobile experience in React Native and native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
Proficiency in TypeScript and React
Demonstrated technical leadership of frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform
Experience with state management, API integration patterns, and performance optimization improving latency or reliability
Experience building with LLMs in production, including agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces
Proven ability to drive projects from zero to production with minimal oversight, owning product and technical decisions
Backend experience, with Go preferred
Familiarity with crypto, trading, or financial products is a plus
Ability and interest in leveraging AI-driven coding best practices to improve productivity and code quality
