About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide corporate legal support to Group entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain and regularly update internal corporate information registers for all Group entities.
- Prepare, collect, and organize corporate documentation, including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, constitutional documents, and registration records.
- Coordinate filings with government authorities and commercial registers concerning corporate changes.
- Support the establishment of new companies, including incorporation procedures, documentation packages, and liaison with registered agents and government authorities.
- Arrange notarization, apostille, legalization, and translation of corporate documents.
- Provide legal support during audits, including documentation review and responses to requests.
- Liaise with directors and ultimate beneficial owners regarding verification requirements and monitor progress.
- Support opening and maintenance of bank and other corporate accounts.
- Monitor validity and expiry dates of corporate and KYC documents.
- Manage end-to-end invoices from external legal counsel and ensure timely payment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law or in-house legal support within an international group of companies.
- Hands-on experience with corporate documentation, including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, and constitutional documents.
- Practical experience supporting legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, including company incorporations, corporate changes, and regulatory or commercial register filings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple corporate processes, documentation, and deadlines.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, directors, external counsel, registered agents, banks and authorities.
