What you’ll need
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Ability to maintain department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Ability to drive a one-team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing
  • Ability to look ahead, energise the team and deliver with pride
  • Ability to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience
