About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee onsite testing and preparation of the robot fleet
  • Coordinate engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for timely and efficient deployment
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with external customers to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop solutions meeting operational needs
  • Drive continuous improvement through internal lessons learned and documentation of proposed process changes
  • Manage 1–3 concurrent projects end-to-end from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout
  • Reimagine the future of human-robot interaction through deployment of robotic technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or another related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management
  • Experience maintaining end-to-end accountability for 1–3 concurrent projects through the full lifecycle
  • Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation, or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors
  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and repeatable processes
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability
  • Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation
  • Willingness to travel 30–60% for customer visits and onsite implementation activities
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization
  • Preferred: Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or another related field
  • Preferred: Experience working with early technology in a startup environment
  • Preferred: Experience introducing multiple robotic systems into production pathways
  • Preferred: Experience with systems integration and architecture
  • Preferred: Prior experience managing concurrent pilot programs
  • Preferred: Innovative problem-solving skills and experience streamlining deployment processes
