About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess, counsel, and direct medically complex patients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of a Master's degree in Social Work
  • State licensure as an LCSW
  • Experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
  • Must accept patients for the duration of their stay for PRN positions
