Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for medically complex patients
