Occupational Therapist – Neuro, PRN
Collage Rehabilitation Partners. Provide occupational therapy for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide occupational therapy for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses
- Deliver patient-centered treatment in patients' homes and communities
- Create integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology
- Incorporate varied activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes
- Provide intensive, individualized one-on-one services across the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure is required
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
- Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is required
