About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
  • Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex orthopedic diagnoses
  • Develop and implement integrated treatment plans in patients' homes and communities
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy and build patients' functional skills
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • State licensure
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
  • Spinal Cord Injury experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
