Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
Provide individualized neurological rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities
Create and implement integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
Use creative activities to address patients' functional goals
Provide intensive, one-on-one patient-centered services across the neurological recovery continuum

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure
Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
Ability to provide care in patients' homes and communities
Must work in Spring Valley, CA and surrounding areas
